Trims Bangladesh is a woven label manufacturer in Dhaka, weaving yarn-dyed brand and size labels on our own looms. The mark is woven into the cloth rather than printed on it, so it will not fade, crack or peel over the life of the garment.

Most sampling delays start with an incomplete brief, not with the loom. Send these six things with your first enquiry and we can usually quote and weave a first sample without a second round of questions.
ARTWORK
Vector file with fonts outlined. Woven detail is limited by thread count, so we will tell you up front if fine serifs or gradients need simplifying before the loom can hold them.
FINISHED SIZE
Width and height of the label as it should sit on the garment, in millimetres, plus any allowance you need for the fold.
FOLD TYPE
Flat, centre-fold or Manhattan. This changes the woven width we set up, so it is cheaper to fix before sampling than after.
COLOURWAY
Pantone TCX references or a physical swatch. Yarn is dyed before weaving, so every colour in the design is a separate dyed thread rather than a printed pass.
BASE MATERIAL
Satin, taffeta or damask, and whether the label sits against skin — that decides how soft the backing needs to be.
QUANTITY AND DESTINATION
Order quantity and the market it ships to. Destination drives which compliance marks and test reports need to travel with the shipment.
How the labels are woven, tested and shipped
Everything is made on our own floor in Uttarkhan, Uttara — an 18,000 sq ft factory running 24 hours shift-wise with 30 office staff and 135 production workers. Nothing is sub-contracted out, so a spec change mid-order does not mean renegotiating with a second supplier.
Yarn is dyed to your colourway first and then woven, which makes the mark structural rather than surface-applied — it survives industrial laundering in a way a print eventually will not. Every lot passes through our in-house lab against three ISO methods before it leaves the building: pH (ISO 3071), colour fastness to rubbing (ISO 105 X12) and colour fastness to water (ISO 105 E01).
Timing is the same on every order we take: a physical sample 4 working days from a confirmed spec, and bulk 10 days after you approve that sample. We have exported to more than ten European markets since 2014, so the paperwork your compliance team expects is routine here rather than a special request.
