A quote is only as precise as the brief behind it. Enquiries that include these five things usually come back as a firm price and lead time rather than as a list of follow-up questions.
The product and construction
Not just “elastic” but which of the four — jacquard, woven, knit or button-hole. Each product page lists the specific details we need for that item, so linking the page you mean is enough.
Width and finished dimensions
In millimetres. For tapes and elastics also send the elongation and recovery you need, since that is what drives the build rather than the width alone.
Colourway as Pantone TCX or a physical swatch
A physical swatch beats a screen reference every time, particularly where a trim has to match a fabric rather than stand alone against it.
Quantity and destination market
There is no fixed MOQ published — we quote against your actual quantity. The destination decides which compliance documents and test reports travel with the shipment.
The date you need it on the floor
Work back from this: a physical sample takes 4 working days from a confirmed spec, and bulk 10 days after you approve that sample. Telling us the deadline lets us say plainly whether it is achievable rather than discovering it later.

Coming to see the factory
The production floor and the head office sit on the same site at Plot 389/1, Bhuiyan Bari, Medical Road, Uttarkhan, Uttara, Dhaka-1230 — about twenty minutes by road from Dhaka International Airport and close to the ready-made garment cluster, which makes it straightforward to combine with other factory visits. Office hours are Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 8pm, and Friday 2pm to 8pm; production itself runs 24 hours, shift-wise.
