// VERIFY IT YOURSELF

What you can check before the first order

The names above are buyers our accessories have shipped to. Rather than ask you to take that on trust, here is what you can confirm independently before you commit to anything.

The certificate, by number

Part of the range holds STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate 2022OK1327 (AITEX, Product Class I, valid to 31 May 2027). Look the number up directly in the OEKO-TEX register. Our certifications page lists which products are covered and which are not — both, product by product.

The floor, in person

18,000 sq ft in Uttarkhan, Uttara, staffed by 165 people and running 24 hours shift-wise since 2014. It sits twenty minutes from Dhaka International Airport, which makes it easy to add to a trip you are already making. Come and look at the machines.

The lead times, before you commit

A physical sample takes 4 working days from a confirmed spec, and bulk runs 10 days after you approve that sample. Send a drawing through the quote form and hold us to those dates on something small first.

// WHAT EXPORT BUYERS NEED

What a trims supplier for European brands has to get right

Supplying European accounts is less about the first order than about the fiftieth. What buying houses check for is whether the shade, the hand-feel and the delivery date hold across repeat orders — because a trim that drifts half a shade between deliveries is a quality claim on a finished garment, not a trims problem. That is the reason every lot leaving our floor is tested against the same three ISO methods rather than spot-checked.

The second thing is documentation. European accounts run vendor onboarding processes that ask for test methods, certificate numbers and validity dates rather than assurances, and they ask for them before the first purchase order rather than after a problem. Having exported since 2014, that paperwork is routine here rather than something assembled on request.

What buyers usually ask us for first

Test methods, named

Every lot is checked in our in-house lab against pH (ISO 3071), colour fastness to rubbing (ISO 105 X12) and colour fastness to water (ISO 105 E01) before dispatch. Named methods rather than a general claim of quality control.

Certificate number and validity

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate 2022OK1327, issued by AITEX under Product Class I, valid to 31 May 2027. The certified scope covers specific products rather than the whole range, and is set out product by product on our certifications page — including what it does not cover.

Capacity and lead times in numbers

Knit elastic 50,000 yds/day, jacquard 25,000, woven 20,000, herringbone and grosgrain a combined 80,000, drawcord and drawstring a combined 60,000. Sample in 4 working days, bulk 10 days after approval. The full breakdown is on the manufacturing page.

One vendor across the trim package

Elastics, tapes, cords, labels, badges, belts, buttons and thread are all made on the same site, so a buyer qualifies one supplier rather than five for a single garment. The full range is on the products page.
