Trims Bangladesh was founded in 2014 in Uttarkhan, Uttara, Dhaka. What began as a single production line has grown into a 100% export-oriented supplier of garment accessories — elastics, tapes, drawcords, labels and trims — manufactured to the exact specification each buyer sets.
Today we export to more than ten European countries and supply factories and buying houses that expect the same shade, the same hand-feel, and the same delivery date on every repeat order. Our mission is simple: serve every client with utmost satisfaction, and keep expanding what we can manufacture in-house.

What a garment accessories manufacturer looks like from the inside
The 18,000 sq ft floor in Uttarkhan runs 24 hours, shift-wise, on Taiwanese narrow-fabric machinery — winding and wrapping machines, jacquard elastic looms, bobbin winders, twill tape machines, plastic tipping and weaving-belt machines. That list is the reason the range on this site is what it is: we sell what those machines make, rather than listing goods we would have to buy in from somebody else to fulfil.
It also means the capacity figures we publish are measured on our own floor rather than estimated: knit elastic at 50,000 yards a day, jacquard at 25,000, woven at 20,000, herringbone and grosgrain tape at a combined 80,000, drawcord and drawstring at a combined 60,000. Where a standing figure would be meaningless — button-hole elastic, gum tape, labels, belts, buttons and thread, all made against a drawing — we say made to spec instead of publishing a number.

What a buyer can expect from us
The commitments are the same on every order, whatever its size. A physical sample arrives 4 working days after a confirmed spec. Bulk follows 10 days after you approve that sample. There is no fixed minimum order quantity published, because we quote against your actual specification and quantity rather than against a threshold designed to filter enquiries.
Quality control is in-house rather than outsourced. Every lot is tested in our own lab against three ISO methods before it leaves the building — pH (ISO 3071), colour fastness to rubbing (ISO 105 X12) and colour fastness to water (ISO 105 E01) — so the shade and hand-feel on a repeat order match the first one.
Part of the range carries STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate 2022OK1327, issued by AITEX under Product Class I — the strictest class, written for baby articles — valid to 31 May 2027, and reproduced in full on our certifications page. That certified scope is limited to specific materials and colourways rather than blanket coverage of everything we make, and each product page states plainly whether that product falls inside it. Buyers who prefer to verify it independently rather than take our word for it can enter the certificate number into the OEKO-TEX label check tool, which returns the issuing institute and the certified product scope directly from OEKO-TEX rather than from us.
